[01] Information collected // inputs
None. Stay Casino does not ask for, collect, or transmit any personal information. There are no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, and no advertising. Everything you do stays on your device.
[02] Local storage // on-device
Kept in OS-level local storage on your device, never uploaded:
- Game progress — your highest unlocked level, per-level star ratings and best scores.
- Saved run — a single in-progress puzzle state so you can resume where you left off.
- Reef / tier upgrades — the cosmetic and progression tiers you've advanced.
- Display name — the surfer name you choose (defaults to "Surfer"); used only on local scoreboards.
- Accessibility & preferences — reduced-flash, colorblind-friendly shapes, and ghost-placement preview toggles.
- Onboarding flag — whether you've seen the intro tutorial.
Uninstalling the app deletes every byte.
[03] Permissions // runtime
Stay Casino requests no sensitive runtime permissions — no camera, location, microphone, contacts, or storage access. The Android manifest declares the standard INTERNET permission, but the app makes no network requests with it; it is present only because system components reference it. You will never see a permission prompt while playing.
[04] Network // egress
Stay Casino is fully offline. It contacts no servers, opens no network connections, and sends no data anywhere. The game is completely playable in airplane mode. The only outward-facing action is the optional system share sheet (powered by your device, via share_plus) when you choose to share a score — and even then, nothing is sent unless you pick a destination and tap send.
[05] Third parties // vendors
None. Stay Casino integrates no third-party analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or tracking SDKs. No Firebase, no ad networks, no telemetry. The only outside service touched is your own device's native share sheet, and only when you explicitly invoke it.
[06] Children // coppa/gdpr-k
Stay Casino is safe for all ages. Because it collects no personal information and transmits nothing off the device, it complies with COPPA and GDPR-K by design — there is simply no data to gather from children or anyone else.
[07] Your rights // you
All of your data lives only on your device. You can clear it at any time from within the app (resetting progress) or by uninstalling Stay Casino, which permanently removes every byte it stored. Because nothing is ever uploaded, there is no server-side copy to request or delete.

If this policy changes, the updated field at the top of this page will be revised. Material changes are also noted in the app's release notes.
